    With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Tom brings a combination of technical expertise, hands-on construction knowledge, and strong business leadership to Blue Residential Construction LLC.

    With a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Tom combines his technical background with extensive experience in residential construction, remodeling, and building. His career has been driven by a commitment to quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering projects that meet or exceed client expectations.

    As President and CEO, Tom remains actively involved in the company's operations and maintains a hands-on approach to project oversight. His dedication to professionalism, accountability, and customer satisfaction has helped establish Blue Residential Construction LLC as a trusted construction company in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

  • I’ve recently had the pleasure of working with Blue Residential Construction LLC on a project of updating a Historic home. The work involved remodeling bathrooms and kitchen as well as other improvements such as drywall, plumbing, and electrical work, adding new lighting and ceiling fans, installation of new appliances and fixtures, installation of doors, and new flooring. All the work was done professionally and to my complete satisfaction. The crew performing the work always arrived on time and as scheduled. I was especially impressed by Tom, the owner, who was on site every day and worked just as hard as the crew.   • We had the pleasure of working with Mr. Blue and his son, Tom, as well as his crew, on two projects. Blue Residential Construction replaced our entire water line, sewer line, foundation, fence, and many more, including exterior work and painting. They did a great job of making our house a beautiful and safe place. Mr. Blue is very communicative— he always answers his phone and responds to his texts quickly, and at the end of each day, he would let us know what got done that day as well as what was going to happen in the following days. He’s also very caring and went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable as we were still living at home during these major renovations. During our first project, we had to keep our water off for most of the time and he always stopped by early in the morning and late at night to turn it back on just so that we could continue our morning/evening routines. He cared about our concerns every step of the way and he’s a great listener. On top of that, we are very happy with his work and the entire Blue Residential Construction crew. We trusted them with our home and the work being done. We couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. They were always on time and professional, and they completed both projects before the anticipated completion date!
